1) they can save the HTML file using "Save As..." in the browser, or
2) you can output the content to a file (like a .txt file for example) using
CFFILE, then refresh the browser after like 5-10 seconds using META to a URL
that points to the file you created.

Is this even possible?
Once a query is run, and the page is displayed to the user, is there a way
for the user to save the results to his or her local drive?
I've looked into CFFILE, but it looks like that saves to the server.
