We use Linkpoint for CC transactions and have had no problems
with implementation or customer support.
I have reached someone every time I call. I receive immediate support
when needed which has only been simply questions.

I never had any problems like this, but the client that is using the
service doesn't use it much.
If you find that these problems are still there, you might try VeriSign
Their PayFlow Pro product is pretty nice. The CFX tag is not done yet but
the COM object is easy to implement.
