I don't know the anwer off the top of my head, but...
The same CD you installed cf server from should also have cf studio on it.
Install that for the help files, if nothing else. I'm no fan of studio, but
it does have excellent Help resources.
One of those resources is "Administering Cold Fusion Server". This
html-book will have answers to many of your questions.
No disrespect intended, but my usual routine is to at least try the
documentation before firing off questions to a list.
