I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on recommended practices for session management where the users may or may not have cookies enabled. What I am wanting to do is minimize the use of the URLToken on the URL's and only use it if someone has cookies disabled. How would I detect if someone has cookes disabled? Is there an alternative that doesn't require cookies or URLToken? (don't even mention hidden frames like I saw in one article... man, how horrible) Any ideas, suggestions?
