OK I have it working in IE now but NN is giving me a javascript error.
Also, how do I set the link for the main caption?

In NN or IE? If NN make sure the scriptdir attribute is pointing at the
right directory and that it contains the files that the tag needs.

Does anyone have any success with this tag? I downloaded it and it does not

HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden.
