Thanks Chris,
the problem is only related if I use action cfml2js. Is working fine if I
pass the structure to another page using cfml2wddx.
The error pops up when it tries to create the JavaScript object
stMsg=new Object(); stMsg.3=new Object();
It complains about missing ; between stMsg and .3
