Ah! As in who the bloody hell is sitting at their PC using this IP?
I'm guessing you would have to contact the owners of the domain
associated with the IP as in their ISP. I doubt they give that kind
of info out without a warrant or perhaps a fly-by with that Navy EP3
plane. :)
