This update adds several bug fixes and some new features, most notably an
almost complete Admin section!
This code is being offered as an upgrade because many files of my current
release tree are in mid-process of being updated for multi-language
support and I didn't want to include partial support for that. See
Readme.txt within the archive for installations instructions.
