this is the SQl

select * from UHC.PCA_SPECIAL where team_idx=1 and quarter_idx=5 ORDER BY 'key_issues'
DESC
----------
"key_issues" field has characters and i want the table to be sorted by the
key_issues alpahebeticaly .
