I have a Staff Table in SQL with the following columns: 
FirstName, LastName, DateofBirth

I would like Coldfusion to select the name of staffmembers birthday that
will be next, and on which day it will be.

How would one go about it? 
Perhaps there is an example on the web somewhere?
