Thanks both. The e-mails don't seem to be getting sent using the format you
suggested:
<CFMAIL
FROM="""John Smith""<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"...
but seems to work with this
<CFMAIL
FROM="John Smith <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"...
I'll play around with the format and root around the badmail folder... see
what works best.
