This is very strange.....
I am passing a filename in a url....
<a href="index.cfm?smp=downloaddocs&name=#urlencodedformat(name)#">

One particular filename is:   Amateurs&Experts.doc
this should translate to:    Amateurs%26Experts%2Edoc

Netscape works fine all the way through, and the source code in IE looks
right, but on the results page IE is reading the "&", and chopping off the
filename.....

is this a bug?? Is there a way around it?

TIA!!
