Using CFHTTP to "fetch" the page content and then put
#CFHTTP.filecontent# in the body on <CFMAIL></CFMAIL>
will work!
worked fine for us. 1000s of emails sent.

don't forget to put TYPE=html in the CFMAIL
don't forget to use absolute (http://domainname/images/";) to all
of your pictures.
