Are there any workarounds?

The ISP originally had set Limit simultaneous requests to 1
but has since chamged this to 4

Than I got this error

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: [no URL]
The following error was encountered:
� Read Timeout
The system returned:
[No Error]

I'm not sure what this means??
