We're starting to use SurePay. We like them so far -- their site is even
CF-based!

SurePay wants your transaction data in XML form, but they provide examples
for Java, CGI, and straight XML. We chicken out and buy a $200 custom CF tag
(CF_SurePay) for each merchant here on campus. The tag is a breeze to use.
