Write your query using IN so it looks like this...
select tblCandidates.*
from {oj tblCandIndExp LEFT OUTER JOIN tblCandidates ON
tblCandidates.intCandidateID = tblCandIndExp.intCandidateIDFK}
where 0=0
AND tblCandIndExp.intIndustryIDFK IN (1,15)
AND tblCandIndExp.intCandIndYrs IN (2,3)
Order by strStateAbrvIDFK ,intB2bSalesIDFK DESC
Also, what is 0=0 supposed to do? Can't you just omit that?
