There WILL be a 5.0. It was held up to make changes to it, unlike other
releases, where the server an studio products were timed for simultaneous
release.
It is rumored.. but not confirmed.. that UltraDev will inherit all of (well
those that fit with the product anyway) the features of Studio, and then
some, and that they will, indeed, combine to make one product, with Studio
going away.
Again.. this is RUMOR ONLY. I'm not saying it's true.
