For me, since the "#FFFFFF" values are valid HTML syntax versus "FFFFFF",
I prefer to double-pound, but I'm wierd that way. That means that I have
to be note whether my colors are in a CFOUTPUT or not, because "##FFFFFF"
results in the wrong color when not in a CFOUTPUT... ;p So it's infinitely
easier just to leave the # off...
