Depending on if it SHOULD or SHOULD NOT exist
at all stages on the code:

If it SHOULD Exist:
Find out why it doesn't. Could be as simple
as wrapping it in a CFOUTPUT

If it should NOT exist:
Try using CFIF IsDefined(url.techID)

Now sure if this is what you are trying to do.

But if CF checks for the variable and does not exist
as written w/o the IsDefined then YES the code
will bomb out.

Subject: ignore an error??

I recieve the following error:

An error occurred while evaluating the expression:
#url.techID#

Page User Came From: http://www.site.com/Code.cfm?exitID=8&techID=94

I was wondering how to ignore or bypass this error because the techID does
get
passed and the code executes. But I always get an error email report and on
some machines the error message DOES display causing the code to bomb.
