I believe that the source view control actually came as part of the IE
web developers tool download. I know others that can't view source under
IE 5 and I think that this download might be carried over as I can view
source code under IE 6 but I know that i did have to download the
package in order to be able to do so with IE 5 when I first installed it.
Perhaps Windows XP has this as part of the OS but it wasn't included in
Win2K
