I think you need a third-party solution for this. There are three that I know of:
cfx_odsmail (freeware - ftp://ftp.coolfusion.com/pub/ods/cfx_odsmail/)
cfx_mail (around $40 - http://www.fuseware.com/)
cfx_iimail (http://www.infranet.com/cf_iimail.htm)
