Thanks to all of you for putting up with me on the graph problem with
O'Reilly Website.  MM/CF sent me the solution as follows.

"... It appears that O'Reilly's
needs to reference a template called CFGraphingpage.cfm. In order for
CFGRAPH to work with O'Reilly's, you will need to create a new template
called "CFGraphingpage.cfm" and place it in the root of your Website's
directory. "

[The CFGraphingpage.cfm template simply has  <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC
"-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> as content]
