All of the lists run on a first come, first served mechanism. Basically, if
an email comes in for CF-Talk followed by a CF-Community, followed by
another CF-Talk, then that's the order it'll go out as. The only differences
in the lists that I can think of is that CF-Talk has somewhere over 2k
subscribers while CF-Community has around 800? or so (I have to check at
home).
