I'm guessing you're running CF and SQL server on a sissy girly box, no 
wonder it's slow.  Access don't need as many resources as SQL server, that 
may explain the speed different.

So get rid of your sissy box, and get a monster machine!

I'm running on a 1.3ghz processor and 1.5 gigs of RAM
