There are a bunch of ADSI scripts that can be used to do this stuff: CreateUsers.vbs UserGroup.vbs and so on. Search your RK help file for "ADSI". In addition, if you want to do these things from CF, you might look at some of the CFXs and COM objects out there for doing this - there are quite a few.
