I know that Excel can "Get External Data" from Access databases in Windows.
There *is* Excel for Mac, and this might be an option.
That's from the hip, I have no way to test it, but if it works you can
package an Excel template that queries the Access database and then
redisplays the information.

There's a program for Mac that will allow you to install Windows software.
