Sure you can I do it all the time all my CF files are .htm files.
Easy tweak in IIS he could be doing the same. However if he is
not I am sure that is the problem. But it definitely works. :)

Kelly's point is that you can't post a file to "success.htm", unless that
file is a CGI script of some sort, which can accept the file upload. Try
writing a CFM file, and see what happens when you post the file to that.
