Not necessarily, but if you did, that would be nice. It means that you get the full
value of what you paid for. If
you don't then at the least you tell people that and we don't want that. We would
rather you be satisfied and
productive whether or not you buy from us again. For instance, if you are running an
installation that is really
slow and you need some tutorial to optimize your server then I would be the one to
tell. Then I can tell the team
that people need more information on optimization.
