Our NT Application log is writing this line several times a minute:

Unable to gain access to the WEB server thru the Service Manager

Can anyone direct me to a place to start in debugging this problem?

The server runs fine, the applications respond and records are
read and written without a problem, but the log file fills up
really fast.  We are using O'Reilly's Website as a Web server.

Off Topic - its a shame that the Website product is now without
support as O'Reilly has let it go.  I guess we'll be moving
to IIS.

Any help greatly appreciated.
