You should take a look at ActivePDF's docConverter
(http://www.activepdf.com/default.asp?PI=4994).

They also have a large suite of products that may be of assistance with
printing, etc. It should also be noted, this solution is predominately
.asp/COM based.
I have had these guys on my side plate for a couple of years. Although I
haven't used their software yet, I will be calling on them soon to provide a
similar server side dynamic printing application. I did speak with a helpful
representative on Monday, Erik Dargontina (866) 468-6733 ext 2230.
