If its webserver password protection then the CFHTTP tag can have the
password in it. If it's cookie based then do the following:
1. Call a page that sets the cookie.
2. read the cookie from the CFHTTP header info
3. call the next page while sending the cookie as a CFHTTPPARAM
4. repeat as needed
