What other security things did you install?
I can think of two possibilities:
1. You were doing something with CFCONTENT that the new API stub doesn't
like. I haven't run any CFCONTENT code with the patch (or on CF 5) to test
this.
2. If you installed NT SP6, and you were using "fake" URL paths to serve
files, SP6 may have broken that due to changes in URL parsing direction.
