Our entire logfile is filled with these two errors, something keeps looking
for
the files serverinfo.cfm and getmetricdataXML.cfm.
It happens every minute like clockwork.

Q:\Inetpub\wwwroot\xxx\cfide\mib\serverinfo.cfm, does not exist.
