UNICODE ENCODING Opening and saving Unicode, UTF-8, and Unicode Big Endian
files is a new feature in this Beta. Use this feature, disabled by
default,
only if you have Unicode files. Unicode encoding will add leading bytes to
each file, which is standard encoding, and double an ANSI file's size.
Moreover, there are known issues with saving Unicode files on UNIX RDS
servers and, in some scenarios that we're analyzing, reporting "Stream
Write Error" and, sometimes, saving empty files .
