True...

However, identification of the type of attack and from regular sources
(even Class-C's) makes this a simple fix.  Works quite well.  We've had
great success with it.  I'm sure we are blocking a few IP's that don't
deserve it.  When (and if) we are ever told about them, we'll handle
them.
