That new Flash UI tool kit from Macromedia (free) should do the trick..
You don't need flash as I understand it..

I am looking for a navigation custom tag that I am sure exists: Allows
vertical nav menu and expandable submenus, preferably not DHTML since
Netscape and AOL can puke on some of it...anyone here use a particular one?
