We have some server variables that we need setup as well at startup...
We accomodate by have a server based schedule task run once per minute
to check the variables and reinitialize them if need be because of
reboot or data change...
Thats how we do it.. in the mix of rebooting a server, the 1 minute
delay maximum is hardly seen ever....
