I don't know about performance but this method is easiest to create,
remember, and maintain:

        <cfif currentrow MOD 2>
                <cfset bgcolor="ffffff">
        <cfelse>

        <td bgcolor="###bgcolor#">
                stuff
        </td>

When using a <CFOUTPUT QUERY=""> tag on a table how do i get every other
