Hi Rodney;
You can link your old database file to SQL Server using the sp_attach_db
procedure. If you look it up in the SQL server help files there should be
examples on how to use it.

Subject: OT:SQL linking to old database
Hello all
I need some help with SQL 7, on NT4.0.
I am not very familiar with SQL at all. I just reloaded it on to
the server and want to connect to the existing databases. But I can only
find in SQL to import data, copy it into a now set of tables. How can I
just reconnect SQL to the already existing tables with out having to copy
them into a new database. These tables were connected to SQL before the
reload and were running fine.
Thanks for any help
Rodney
