I'd imagine that you could use:

Regsvr32 /u your.dll to unregister it and
Regsvr32 your.dll to reregister it

Not sure how effective this will be if you are keeping the DLL loaded.\

How can I force NT4.0 to reload a modified dll/cfx tag?  Renaming the
