I do agree, DTS is the bomb. You can also call a DTS package through CF.

  Can't you just use DTS to create the table objects via Enterprise 
Manager?  You should be able to use it to copy over all your tables, 
including identities, triggers, default values, and I believe stored 
procedures ( And just about any database object you want to )

   Well, if you want to write T-SQL to do it, you can.  And that code 
should run without any problems in a CFQUERY.
