Custom Tags ThreeSelectsRelated and TwoSelectedRelated on same form

[GILLIES,YANCEY (HP-Roseville,ex1)]

I am running into problems getting the Custom Tags for ThreeSelectsRelated
and TwoSelectsRelated to work on the same form.  Each one works by itself
but together I run into problems.  I am new to both ColdFusion and Java
Script. I think I can see why they are not working together, but don't know
how to fix it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
