You have a couple of options. If the delivery and the occasional hiccup is 
just too much for your obviously delicate insensibilities, then you have 
the option to unsubscribe to the list. Or, you can always just delete the 
extraneous material. Those are infinitely preferable to bitching and 
moaning about a free resource that has INCREDIBLE minds contributing to it, 
just because you feel you have been slighted and had your oh-so-precious 
time wasted recieving duplicate posts. Yes, better far that we should not 
have the list and wallow in our own self ignorance...

I believe the term ingrate applies here.
