I was simply trying to get a hold of him as I didn't get a reply to my
inquiry, and I could not find the phone number on ATSWEBNET's site.

I concur. I have five sites running at ATSWEBNET, two heavily dependant on
SQL Server with no problems except periodic spots (and they are sometimes
SWBell burps).
