I read over the weekend (and now can't relocate the article) that you can't have dashes in variable names in CF. The article talked about having to extract an Exchange Server LDAP query that used the "custom-attribute" fields out to XML format, then remove/replace the dashes, then feed it back to CF. First off: 1.> Does this apply to CF5? 2.> If it does, what do the variable name(s) actually look like when they're extracted (if they're even visible in that state) 3.> If they are visible, can I simply use them in their 'dash altered' state. Make sense? Anyone else seen this article? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.coolfusion.com FAQ: http://www.thenetprofits.co.uk/coldfusion/faq Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists
