We have been experiencing some email sent to Shanje hosting accounts
bouncing back as undeliverable to the original sender. That one is hard to
say for sure if the problem is at Shanje.
The immediate problem is when we setup a new domain name using the Shanje
Web control panel it points to a Shanje IP other than our dedicated server.
In the past we had to get someone at Shanje to manually correct that. Over
the last few weeks they do not respond to our requests to correct the
problems.
In the past Shanje has been fairly reliable, but everything seemed to
funnel through one person. It makes one wonder if something happened to
that person?
No matter our customer wants service.
