Actually, I may have given some mis-information. We have Generator
installed on our server and thus Jrun (v2 r3). I need to determine how
to have CF5.0 (with cfgraph support) and Gererator co-exist happily. It
seems that if <cfgraph> uses a "lite" version of Jrun that supports the
Generator graph objects, then the full blown version that supports all
Generator objects ought to do the trick as well. The trouble seems to
be in making the cfserver talk to the Jrun server. Based on this, do
you think it's advisable to do an uninstall of Generator/Jrun, reinstall
CF and then reinstall Generator? We have several generator apps that
I'm trying not to break in the process.
Appreciate the reponse.

Unfortunately, I don't think it'll be as simple as that. The CFGRAPH tag
relies on Generator, which itself relies on JRun. If you didn't install
CFGRAPH support, you probably didn't install any of the necessary
Generator
stuff, so even if you got a connection to JRun, it wouldn't have the
necessary code installed to run.
In addition, I don't think you can easily install CF 5 or Generator on
top
of an existing JRun install, and have that existing JRun being used. If
you
can, you might try uninstalling JRun, then reinstalling CF 5 - it should
then give you the option to install CFGRAPH support. You could then
conceivably reinstall JRun after installing CF 5, and then have
everything
working. Unfortunately, I don't know how to get everything working with
a
single installation of JRun.
