I'd have to agree with this... I try and stick with the best tool for
the job as much as possible and anything to do with parsing text files
just screams "Perl!" to me.
CFX tags can also be written in Delphi. There is a Delphi component that
you can use which writes c++ headers for the dll iteself I think... Not
really my area of expertise. But our Delphi programmers have made quite
a few CFX tags without any problems.
