Yes.

Since PHP and ColdFusion are separate Apache modules.

Map your .cfm and .cfml files to the ColdFusion dll
and map your .php .whatever files to the PHP DLL. 

Thats the basics of it.. it is dead easy to do. You
can have any number of Apache modules.
