I think this is the same post from the community list, but I'll say it
again anyway. I know it isn't cf, but the best one out there is MS
SharePoint and Team Services. No modification needed, minimal set-up,
does everything you need, plus a lot more, no extra coding needed unless
you want to extend it in any language you want and oh, it's free - That
is, it comes bundled with WindowsXP.

There is a good ColdFusion-Fusebox open source program that has much of

you are looking for but would need some coding work to enable the group
authorization requirements you are looking for. I was trying to find a

mail you a copy. It requires a little customizing work at your end but
runs
pretty well after that.
In addition, it will serve as a good starting point to learning the
Fusebox
methodology and this is a great discipline to install for ColdFusion
development.
